Certified Practicing Project Manager Program (CPPM)
This program requires specific combinations of knowledge and experience, as well as successful demonstration of project management competency through examination. Those who hold these certifications must continue to prove competency to maintain the credential they have earned with two hours of continuing education per year.
Project Management is a unique skill set that requires specialized training. There are important principles that must be understood to successfully manage a project. There are the triple constraints of time, cost and quality which must be balanced in a project. Project Scope, Risk, and Communication must be managed while leading a team to meet the stakeholder’s expectations.
We believe that a great way to become introduced to this unique skill set is by gaining knowledge and certification from IAPCE’s Certified Practicing Project Manager Program.
