CPE Level I Course Modules

The Group of Course Modules for the Chemical Engineering CPE Level I Certificate would include:

cpe level ii & III course modules

The three (3) required Curriculum Modules for CPE Level Il include:
  • Piping Fluid Flow Hydraulics Line Sizing and Material Selection:
    Teaching the proper way to size a pipeline or section of process piping with the correct fluid velocity, fluid pressure drop, and piping material. It will also include a review of P&ID Development.
  • Project Management:
    Teaching the aspects of project management, such as time, schedule, and cost.
  • Statistical Process Control:
    Teaching SPC, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
The three (3) required Curriculum Modules for CPE Level IIl include:
  • Production Control Engineering
    Teaching the proper way to select a control system to obtain the desired behaviors.
